Advance review, followed by a focused attorney conversation

This limited-scope service is for applicants who want an attorney to read materials they have prepared and then discuss specific questions in one 60-minute online meeting. The review covers NIW, EB-1A, O-1, I-485, H-1B, F-1, visitor visas (B-1/B-2) and overseas consular processing, subject to the scope agreed before booking.

At least three business days before the session, please provide all relevant documents and your full list of questions using our designated secure submission method. The attorney needs this advance time to read the submitted materials and prepare meaningful feedback; do not wait until the meeting to send documents.

The meeting provides specific oral comments and practical recommendations. We do not make word-by-word or line-by-line edits to the materials. In some circumstances, the attorney may choose to add annotations to selected documents; whether to annotate and how much are entirely at the attorney’s discretion. A written report, drafting, filing or ongoing representation is not included.

HOW WE HELP

What we work on

01

NIW, EB-1A and O-1

Discuss eligibility, argument structure, supporting evidence, strengths and potential gaps in a petition you have prepared.

02

I-485 and other immigration filings

Raise specific questions about forms, supporting documents, immigration history and consistency with earlier filings.

03

H-1B, F-1 and visitor visas

Discuss case-specific issues in H-1B, F-1 and B-1/B-2 applications, supporting evidence and interview preparation.

04

Overseas consular processing

Discuss questions about immigrant or nonimmigrant visa applications, consular-stage documentation and interview-related concerns.

05

Specific oral feedback—not copyediting

During the meeting, the attorney provides practical oral observations and suggested changes. We do not rewrite or edit documents sentence by sentence. The attorney may add annotations to selected documents in some cases, solely at the attorney’s discretion; annotations are not a guaranteed deliverable.
