60-Minute Immigration Application Review
One 60-minute attorney meeting for NIW, EB-1A, O-1, I-485, H-1B, F-1, B-1/B-2 and consular cases; send materials 3 business days ahead.
One-Time Immigration Application Review
For NIW, EB-1A, O-1, I-485, H-1B, F-1, visitor visas or consular processing: provide all relevant documents and questions at least three business days before a 60-minute online meeting. The attorney reads them in advance and gives specific oral feedback; line-by-line edits are not included.
Four elements of our approach; specific service terms are set out in the engagement agreement.
We find the strengths, not just file the materials
We do not write from the folder you send us. We go through your record, ask questions and look for evidence you did not know counted.
Guidance on strengthening your record
Where the record is not yet ready and the plan is realistic, we may advise some clients, at no charge, on how to build it legitimately before filing.
Approve-or-refile option
For eligible clients whose signed engagement agreement includes this option, we will prepare and refile a denied petition without an additional attorney fee, subject to the agreed scope and conditions. Government filing fees and third-party costs are not included unless expressly agreed.
RFE responses included
For full-representation petitions, an RFE response is included when specified in the engagement agreement; stand-alone review services are separate.
We read the work. Then we build the case.
For research-focused NIW, EB-1A and O-1 matters, we examine achievements, their documented significance and the legal criteria. Independent use of an applicant’s work can be helpful evidence, but no single metric determines eligibility.
Postdocs and research scientists
Universities, national labs, hospitals and corporate research groups, often on J-1, H-1B or F-1 OPT.
Engineers and data scientists
Professionals in software, semiconductors, energy, biotech and finance, whether sponsored by an employer or filing on their own record.
Physicians and clinical researchers
Specialists with research or clinical achievements whose visa, licensing and green-card steps need to be sequenced together.
Employers and HR teams
Technology companies, research institutions and multinationals filing H-1B, L-1, O-1, PERM, EB-1B and EB-1C cases for their people.
Transferred executives and founders
Managers moving to a U.S. office on L-1, founders working through their own company on O-1, and the EB-1C or NIW that follows.
Families
H-4 and O-3 dependents, and the spouses, parents and children of U.S. citizens and permanent residents.
